Room 415, Wednesday Morning
Cassandra woke up early, as she did every morning, and rolled over so that she may leave the bed, as she did every morning, and then crashed to the floor in a flurry of hooves and tail and other such nonsense.
"Maker!"
She scrambled up to her-- legs, breathing harshly, eyes big. "What magic is this?!" she snapped, staring down at her front hooves. She padded around in a circle, attempting to get some impression of her ordeal. "Andraste's--"
She neighed. Loudly. Angrily.
"What is the meaning of this?!"
The bloody island!

So what better idea than to seek out Cassandra? Had Lucille had time to think she would have remembered that Cassandra wasn't exactly fond of dragons, but that had slipped her mind. Because of this there was now scratching at the door.

She was hardly going to be ashamed of the island messing with her.
She managed to tug the door open with her teeth... and immediately snarled. As well as a pony could snarl. Drake! Where was her sword?!

"Cassandra?"

"... Lucille?"

Sorry, Lucille. Family of dragon hunters.
no subject
Which wasn't quite the same thing.
"Although I suppose you are less dangerous."

Face, no.

And fur, and hooves, and a tail, and four legs.

To be fair, everything was ridiculous today.

Face manoeuvred his way in the window. "Looks like there's a lot of this going around," he said.

Maker help them all.

Lucille was certainly not going to doubt Cassandra's judgement of him. Besides, he was friends with Dante and had been a friend of Kathy's, so he kept bad company.

Face, that was not a better outcome.

She frowned the frown of a dragon. "Could it be possible that he has turned into a dangerous creature?"
no subject
Clearly not everyone had turned into a (rather buff) Earth pony.

She heaved a sigh. "With any luck, this will be over by nightfall," she said, "And we will not have to worry overmuch about the destruction these dragon-squirrels might cause."
Well, she. She would not have to worry.
no subject
"Yeah, it's usually only the weekends where it sticks around very long." Usually.

"What are those clouds?"

Lucille moved closer to the window

"Perhaps it is better if you stay inside today."

And today she was the one with the sharper teeth. And the wings.
"I wonder if I can fly."
no subject
"Then perhaps we should go outside and see," she said, "About both issues."
no subject
"Yes, I suppose we should," she agreed.
